Before arriving at the Hoover Dam, a breathtaking view of Lake Mead awaits you as we wind down the hill on the same road the workers who built this great structure travelled when they left their homes in Boulder City. Once at the Dam, you can see the colourful Arizona Paint Pots as they contrast against the volcanic rock of Black Mountain. Keep your eyes open for Big Horn Sheep.
